When signing up for Any Server/Hosting Services, each User agrees to register using his/her correct name, address, and other requested details. In the event that any such information changes the User must notify HaleServer Networks immediately of such change.
You specifically acknowledge that HaleServer Networks and its Affiliate are not a part of or associated with the Mojang/Valve/Or Any Company Regarding the Games we support.
Each User is required to own a licensed copy of any and all software used in the server hosting that we run on his or her behalf including, but not limited to, game clients, game servers, General-use servers, General-use vps, FTP clients, etc.
Each Customer will receive an Admin User Name and Password to use and administer their Server, and an Entry Password, when applicable, needed to join the server. The Admin User Name and Password is not to be made Public knowledge. The Customer is responsible for all access to the rented Server and use of the Services utilizing the user names and passwords. The Customer shall not disclose any user name, password or other security information supplied by HaleServer Networks to the Public. If it is suspected that an Entry Password has been made Public, then HaleServer Networks reserves the right to change the Entry password and e-mail the new one to the Customer. Repeated infractions may result in account suspension. Customers may change their password as needed by contacting HaleServer Networks with the new desired passwords, or modifying the password themselves.
then that Customer or pre-determined Trusted User must contact us via email in order for us to remind or reset the login information. The Customer may provide us with a list of Trusted Users who may also make a request for and receive a reminder or reset of login information. This list of additional Users must contain an e-mail, game handle, and full name, of each User, prior to the User needing this special access.
Each Customer's Server Application is assigned to specific port numbers in the Server Application config files. These port numbers are never to be changed by Customer or Customer's admins and in doing so may disable your server and other servers on the machine. Because of this possible impact, if Customer changes any port numbers on Customer's Application Server then Customer may be faced with a mandatory €25 setup fee to reinstall or fix the server without warning.
We reserve the right to suspend any server which is causing trouble to HaleServer or it's network. We do also reserve the right to suspend any service for receiving DDoS attacks in case this happens repeatedly and in short-time.
We do have limits on a Game Server's storage. However we follow the Fair-Use policy, which states that any customer abusing our storage may get his/her server suspended. With abuse we refer to high loads of storage which are done on purpose to harm any of our service(s)
The User acknowledges and accepts that HaleServer Networks may from time to time alter any aspect of the Web Site, or any of the services or products provided through the Web Site, as it thinks fit and without notice to the User. The User accepts that it will have no claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of any such alteration. HaleServer Networks reserves the right to e-mail Users at the e-mail address provided to HaleServer Networks by Users regarding any key service issues and it will be presumed that such e-mails will have been read. HaleServer Networks may run automated searches for abuse of its Services and Customers are deemed to have accepted this limited intrusion into their rented Services and HaleServer Networks accounts.
In case you purchase a dedicated / virtual server, the Terms Of Service of our providers will apply. We will agree and follow up all instructions / decisions given by our datacenters if the correct / valid reason has been given. We have the terms of service of each datacenter on-demand. We reserve the right to terminate at the end of the billing cycle any service for any reason which has affected our company or if decided by one of the members of the Management of HaleServer.com

Users understand that they will be bound by the Terms and Conditions imposed by the operators of these networks and services.
If abuse is detected via our abuse-prevention team: We will contact the customer, Provide proof of abuse, Give 12 hours of abuse-handling time, If no response is received: Service will be suspended until the customer pays the "$10.16" Re-activation fee, then the customer will be given another 12 hours to resolve the abuse... & the cycle repeats itself.
Our Servers are bound by a 10-day cancelation request term. If a customer wanted to cancel his/her server (Whether it is a European/US/Game/VPS Server), he/she must submit a cancelation request through his/her Client Area. Otherwise, the customer will be invoiced for the next month. If the customer doesn't cancel within 10 days and doesn't pay the invoice, he/she will be suspended, & filed upon within PayPal/Payment Method as TOS-FRD-LCC.
Outside the 30-Money-Back Guarantee, Refunds only apply to proven-faulty products and/or Mis-leading Products if found.
